Applications for CITYWIDE Parking Permits for Zero-Emission Vehicles Open from 1 February 2026

As of 1 February 2026, applications are open for a Citywide Parking Permit for zero-emission vehicles, valid from 1 March 2026. This permit is available to both individuals and legal entities who meet the specified conditions.


Individuals – Residential Category (Citywide)

Individuals may apply for the permit provided they meet the following requirements:

  • Vehicle

    • The vehicle is zero-emission and registered; further information is available here.

  • Connection to place

    • Czech citizens with permanent residence anywhere within the territory of the City of Prague;

    • Foreign nationals with registered residence anywhere within the territory of the City of Prague.

  • Connection to the vehicle

    • The applicant is the owner of the vehicle (listed in the Vehicle Registration Certificate).

Legal Entities – Subscriber Category (Citywide)

Legal entities may apply for the permit provided they meet the following requirements:

  • Vehicle

    • The vehicle is zero-emission and registered; further information is available here.

  • Connection to place

    • The legal entity has its registered office in the entitlement area (a branch office alone is not sufficient).

  • Connection to the vehicle

    • The company is the owner of the vehicle (listed in the Vehicle Registration Certificate).

This type of parking permit is not available to self-employed individuals.


Entitlement Area

The entitlement area is the area in which the right to a parking permit arises for a specific city district, usually those with paid parking zones. It can be viewed in the paid parking zones map by selecting “Highlight residential area” (P1–P18 according to the company’s registered office).
