In the Dědina housing estate, at the intersection of Drnovská and Vlastina streets, construction is underway on new garages for long-term parking with a capacity of 274 spaces for passenger cars. Construction is expected to be completed and operations to begin in September 2026.
Starting July 13, 2026, applications for reserved parking spaces will be accepted from all non-business residents with permanent residence in Prague 6, as well as from legal entities or business owners who have their registered office or place of business within the city district.
The monthly fee for a parking space is 2,200 CZK, including VAT, for residents (non-business individuals) and 2,600 CZK, including VAT, for business owners (business individuals and legal entities). The fee amount is governed by the currently valid TSK price list.
