Prague supports electric vehicles!

Are you the owner of an electric vehicle with an EL series registration plate or do you have a special permit from City Hall for electric/hybrid vehicles without an EL series plate?
Then you can park for free in mixed/purple and residential/blue zones.

How do I get a parking permit?

Parking permits for electric/hybrid vehicles without an EL series registration plate are issued by Prague City Hall by appointment made by phone at the address: Jungmannova 35/29, Prague 1. Telephone: +420 236 002 138, e-mail: vydejnapop@praha.eu
The issuing of this parking permit is subject to a processing fee of CZK 100 in accordance with the valid price list.

Where can I charge an electric vehicle?

You can find charging stations at parking lots and garages operated by the City of Prague Technical Administration of Roads.
