What does parking for holders of a ZTP card offer?

  • Free parking in paid parking zones for physically disabled citizens with a ZTP card at shared spots marked with a traffic sign, which may also feature information on the allowed duration.
  • Parking on the basis of a parking permit in paid parking zones for a discounted price.
  • Option of a reserved parking spot for a specific vehicle marked with a traffic sign, established by a municipal district decision and a rental agreement.
  • Wider parking spots reserved for the disabled at parking lots and garages.

Do you have permanent residence in Prague and hold a ZTP card?

ZTP card holders have the right to a discounted price in paid parking zones for a resident parking permit (document only available in Czech) and parking permit for ZTP holders (document only available in Czech) at the site of their employment, school, etc. This permit can be applied for at the parking permit office for your municipal district.

Disabled persons with permanent residence in a given district can apply for a reserved parking spot for a specific vehicle registration plate. These spots are established for a specific vehicle pursuant to Section 25 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Roads, and are exempt from the payment of the local fee for use of public space.
