Pursuant to a resolution of the Prague City Council Resolution No. 1989, management of the Štichova 2 parking lot will be transferred from TSK hl. m. Prahy, a.s. to the Prague 11 municipal district effective 1 November 2026.
Existing lease agreements remain in effect, so tenants may continue to use their current parking spaces. We ask tenants to refrain from making further payments to the City of Prague’s account as of this date and to wait for new payment instructions from the parking lot administrator. Any overpayments for the period after 1 November will be refunded automatically.
