Based on the Resolution of the Prague City Council dated January 12, 2026, from March 1, 2026, it will be possible to obtain a city-wide parking permit for zero-emission vehicles (purely electric/hydrogen-powered vehicles) under certain conditions.
Conditions for obtaining city-wide authorization:
Resident
- permanent residence (for foreign nationals, temporary residence is sufficient) in the territory of the capital city of Prague – valid for the entire territory of the capital city of Prague;
- the vehicle must be registered for the discount as zero-emission;
- you must prove ownership of the vehicle.
Abonent
- a legal entity with its registered office in the eligible area – usually areas where paid parking zones are established, or in the place where the entitlement to obtain a permit is claimed (check the map by clicking on the “Highlight residential area” field);
- the vehicle must be registered for the discount as zero-emission;
- you must provide proof of vehicle ownership.
