I make deliveries in an area with parking zones in place

Delivery takes place in the so-called delivery boxes, which are distinguished from the regular blue, purple and orange paid parking zones by the vertical traffic sign P – RESERVÉ, which is supplemented by an additional table with the text "Zásobování".

If the location of the delivedy boxes does not suit you, it is also possible to park directly in the paid parking zone after paying for a short-term parking permit. In the case of purple and orange zones, you can make a payment via a parking machine or you can use one of the online payment methods that will allow you to pay the parking fee in the blue zone as well.

It is also possible to delivery outside the operating hours of the paid parking zone. Long-term parking permits for delivery purposes are not issued.

I am physically disabled and a holder of a ZTP card

There are "shared spots" for ZTP card holders in Prague reserved for the needs of those with physical disabilities. These are at sites where an increased presence of physically disabled persons can be expected. Parking in these spots is free for vehicles marked with an O7 parking permit. Holders of a ZTP card have the right to a discount rate for a Resident Parking Permit and a Parking Permit for ZTP Holders (document only available in Czech). Physically disabled citizens with permanent residence in a given area can also apply for a reserved parking spot (i.e. for a specific vehicle registration plate). These spots are established for a specific vehicle in accordance with Section 25 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll. on Roads and are exempt from paying a local fee for use of public space (more info here: Application for a reserved parking spot contract for a physically disabled person)

Electric vehicles pay no fees. The conditions that must be met for the parking of electric/hybrid vehicles with an EL series registration plate, even without this registration plate, can be found in this document (document only available in Czech).

In the mixed/purple and resident/blue zones, according to the valid Resolution of the Council of the Capital City of Prague electric cars can park for free until 31 December 2024.

All electric vehicles, hydrogen-powered vehicles and hybrid vehicles (with a CO2 emission value in combined traffic of no more than 50 g/km) can park in mixed and resident paid parking zones for free. The condition is having an "EL" series registration plate (Section 7b (6) of Act No. 56/2001 Coll.) or a valid Electric Vehicle Parking Permit (more information on the page Parking for Electric Vehicles).
