Frequently Asked Questions Prague residents, business owners and property owners

Prague residents, business owners and property owners

I'm a Prague resident. What documents do I need to arrange parking?

To obtain a residential parking permit, it is necessary to present one's ID card, in order to verify the applicant's identity and their residence in the given municipal district for which the parking permit is intended, and the vehicle registration certificate ("technical certificate"). If the vehicle is not registered to the applicant, a document proving use of the vehicle is required (a legal relationship to the vehicle, e.g. a lease/credit agreement, confirmation of income from self-employment under the Income Tax Act, vehicle rental agreement).
